A WHO Surgical Safety Checklist your team cannot skip
In Caresoft OTMS the WHO Sign-In, Time-Out and Sign-Out are steps in the case, not a separate form. The patient cannot enter the OT before Sign-In, incision cannot start before Time-Out, and surgery cannot be completed until swab, instrument and needle counts match and Sign-Out is done.

Wheel the next patient into an OT that is still being cleaned
The cleaning interval runs after every case. Patient-in is locked until cleaning is signed off.
